Residual pressure valve + air nipple for Tesla S, 2012-16 pre-facelift air struts.
The residual pressure valve is made by German AIGO-TEC GmbH. It fits the 6mm air hose in our original VOSS 6mm (M10x1) quick-to-connect' fittings.
Residual pressure valves can become defective after some years use. Also, and not very uncommon, faults may arise in quite new aftermakets parts, because of poor quality. Symptoms are that the air strut get 'stuck', it cannot be steered up and down by the cars height adjustment mechanism.
