This repair kit 2 for Tesla X and Tesla S facelift air struts front, type standard, is simpler than kit no. 1, and is particularly beneficial to have on hand when repairing leaks down at the strut.
The set consists of 9 parts.
1× aluminum ring
1× outer o-ring
2× inner o-ring
1× stop ring
1× strips (if you loosen the cuff)
1x c-ring with "ears" (replaced as needed)
1x air nipple
1x hose cutter

Be aware that the fork on the old air struts can be difficult to loosen, so you should know what you are doing. However, it is possible to knock down the aluminum ring on the original shock absorber, without loosening the fork itself. But then, make sure that the fork is angled correctly in relation to the screws on top of the air suspension, when you put it back together.
